Premium Materials & Full Process: What Others Skip, We Insist On!
Most suppliers skip this process to save cost. The difference is invisible at first, but leads to peeling and blistering after 1-3 years of outdoor exposure. Our coating adhesion reaches Grade 1 per JC/T 941 standard, ensuring long-lasting finish without peeling.

6 Key Advantages of GFR-PU Profiles
1. Superior Full Thermal Break Insulation
With thermal conductivity of only ~0.34 W/(m·K) (1/1300 of aluminum), our profiles achieve full cross-section thermal break without additional thermal strips, eliminating thermal bridges at the source and greatly reducing building heating & cooling costs.
2.Lightweight yet High Strength
With specific strength far exceeding aluminum and UPVC, bending strength over 600MPa, and corner strength of casement sashes ≥2500N per national standard. Large sashes require no internal steel lining. Wind load resistance up to Grade 9, suitable for high-rise buildings and coastal windy areas, with stable performance after repeated operation.
3.Long Weather Resistance & Low Maintenance
Resistant to acid, alkali, salt spray, rust and yellowing. 30-50 years design service life. Ideal for humid, coastal and industrial environments, with much lower life-cycle maintenance cost than traditional profiles.
4.Excellent Dimensional Stability
Thermal expansion coefficient close to glass, expanding and contracting synchronously with temperature changes, greatly reducing glass breakage and seal failure risk. Minimal deformation difference with building walls, ensuring long-term water and air tightness.
5.Outstanding Sound Insulation & Fire Performance
Inherent damping property of PU matrix delivers better mid-low frequency noise reduction than rigid profiles. With fire-retardant accessories, fire resistance integrity reaches 0.5-1.5 hours, inherently better than standard UPVC windows.
6.Green & Low-Carbon
Production energy consumption is only about 1/5 of aluminum profiles, with lower carbon emissions and no formaldehyde release, aligning with global green building and energy-saving trends.
National Standard Certified Quality
We participate in drafting GB/T 29734.4 Energy-saving Windows and Doors for Buildings - Part 4: Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composite Windows and Doors, the authoritative technical specification for GFR fenestration in China. All our products are manufactured in strict accordance with national standards. From profile wall thickness and mechanical properties to whole window physical performance, we meet and exceed national requirements, delivering stable and reliable quality.
